The Poetry Competition

Today we had our year 5 and 6 poetry competition. All the finalist did really well but the winners of the year 5 competition were Chrissy Nuegent in third place who recited My Mum's a vegetarian by Kenn Nisbet and in second place was Max McInerney Boon which is my self who recited Boa Constrictor by Shel Silverstien and in first place was Oliver Mercer Beumelburg who recited I have to write a poem by Kenn Nesbit.The year 6 results were in third = Toby Norris who recited Rugby by Toby Norris and the other thrid place getter was Barnaby Fowler Blythe who recited St George and the Dragon by Barnaby Fowler Blythe and in second place was Joseph Conway who recited Matilda by Hillaire Belloc and in first place was Daniel Matters who recited The Jabberwocky by Lewis Carol. every one did really well.
